Welcome to the Pediatric Unified Research Enterprise (PURE)

In the Department of Pediatrics at the Brody School of Medicine, we are leaders in clinical and health services research for the region. Our faculty are regularly invited to cutting-edge clinical trials, multi-institutional collaborations, and nationwide clinical research networks. Our pediatric research team supports investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored research across our 10 divisions through a comprehensive approach to research start-up, regulatory documentation, financial management, study operations, and publishing.

We also strive to train future leaders in pediatric clinical and health services research. We offer a range of opportunities to medical students, resident and fellow physicians, graduate and undergraduate students interested in gaining research skills.
