General Pediatrics

ECU General Pediatrics provides outpatient and inpatient services to children throughout Eastern North Carolina through our General Pediatrics Clinic, Adolescent Medicine Clinic, Healthy Weight Clinic, Tedi Bear Clinic, and outreach service to Greene County Health Department twice a week. We also provide care four (4) nights a week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday) for ECU pediatric patients as well as patients from three other providers (Children’s Health Services, Our Children’s Clinic, and Eastern Pediatrics) at our After-hours Clinic.

ECU Pediatric faculty work as volunteers at summer camps, provide medical care and meals at the local homeless shelter, participate in local civic and faith organizations, and lead a local monthly family education library project. We are passionate about health equity, rural health, healthy weight and nutrition, community and school outreach, vaccinations, preventative care, ADHD, oral health, post-operative pain, adolescent health care, and health care transition.
